The first step is to create a plan tailored to your business needs and goals. For example, Linkedin is believed to be an excellent source for business-to-business leads and profiles, Google+ seems to be the platform of choice for many technology professionals, and YouTube may be best if you are an entertainer, musician or musical group. And, if you want potential customers or clients to click through to your website, there are always sponsored advertising in the form of Facebook sponsored posted or Twitter cards, both of which are considered a form of advertising.
Next, we can create a schedule for content. Social media is most successful if it is consistent. This content will focus on developing and building your story, and depending on the platform, following others to inform them and see what your competition may be doing. Similarly, following others may include bloggers and even other media professionals if appropriate.
The Attitude Group can also track metrics to determine the impact of your tailored social media campaign. This can include likes, web traffic, conversion rates and reach.

We can also recommend ways to improve client and/or customer service since customer service is at the core of creating positive feedback.
