Experience is one of the most difficult things to obtain in one’s life.
Experience form the building blocks of who we are, how we live and the jobs we undertake and pursue.
But experience means more. Experience is an element of our makeup that shapes the directions we take.
The same holds true for business. Start-ups usually have a difficult time getting off the ground. Why? Well, like ourselves, businesses learn from experience. If you’re a restaurant owner, you learn the changing likes of your customers and you learn how to make those customers your patrons. If you’re in sales or business development, you learn from the actions and reactions to whom you pitch. While not everyone is the same, you develop a common denominator from which to build a successful sales approach. You develop the skills for success by seeking what works and what doesn’t work.
Experience is how we base our jobs as well. When you are fresh out of school, you seek those positions that enable you to apply the education you received. (Unless you change course and follow your passion.) Your tendency would be to lean toward jobs that will allow you to apply your best educational achievements. For example, if you were an IT person, you would most likely seek positions that seek the specific educational level and experience you excel at.
Business is similar. Not all businesses are the same. If you are a food business, you build your experience on your initial product offerings. Those offerings (menu items) will change based on what your demographic customer wants combined with repeat business. If you are an entertainer, your experience grows with time. For example, the budding comedian sees what jokes and stories work (those the audience laughs at) and those that don’t work.
The same holds true for a media communications firm such as The Attitude Group. With more than a decade of experience, which evolved from meeting customer needs, and helping them grow their businesses, there is an umbrella of services that range from IT and website and app design and maintenance, to social media management, public and media relations and more. Experience is based on the foundation upon which The Attitude Group was built, evolved, and continues to change in order to help you, your business and product line and services evolve and continue to grow so your success becomes our success. Unless we help you succeed in developing the experience you need to grow based on our experience, we cannot grow ourselves.
Experience is something you and your business acquires. Experience is part of the foundation The Attitude Group uses to help you grow.
Let us grow your business together.
